Your Role
You will work alongside your colleagues on significant and complex challenges related to real estate and housing. From day one, you will have a role that is both independent and supportive, engaging with our prominent clients. In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of projects, collaborating with experienced colleagues. We work with both the public sector and the private sector. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake assignments across the breadth of TwynstraGudde, such as in other sectors like healthcare real estate, area development, or other areas of expertise, including risk management or real estate advisory.
Your Profile
You are proactive and can handle pressure well. Functioning in a “political environment” is not a problem for you. You are an assertive team player who considers the interests of all parties involved. Furthermore, you have:
- A preferred completed degree at the university level (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or Facility Management)
- Organizational talent
- Enthusiasm to collaborate with both clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills
