PAS bv is a young and dynamic consulting firm in spatial economics, area development, land policy, and environmental law, with offices in Houten and Groningen. Since its founding in 1993, PAS bv has been a nationally operating consultancy in area development & planning economics. Over the past decades, PAS bv has grown to become the specialist in these fields, to which they later added land policy and environmental law.
