Draaijer and Rondmakers are companies with great ambition. Draaijer is the strategic partner in creating smart and healthy environments, focusing on inspiring, implementing, and operating positive spaces that bring out the best in people. Our mission is to design places where people can work, develop, and meet in a pleasant way, as well as recover, move, and relax comfortably. On the other hand, Rondmakers exclusively serves social organizations, assisting them in the strategic use of real estate with transaction management, real estate management, and dashboarding. We provide insight and overview by organizing, analyzing, and visualizing organizational data. This serves as the foundation for strategic real estate decisions at both the property and portfolio levels.
Both companies are part of the Draaijer Group, with over 100 colleagues of various ages, specialties, and backgrounds. Within our group, you will have the opportunity to explore the entire field of real estate and housing beyond the boundaries of your own field of expertise and constantly discover new challenges. We regularly mentor interns and graduates. We believe it’s important to nurture young talent and provide them with a broad view of the various possibilities within the real estate world.
Due to our growth, we have various exciting job vacancies available:

- Switching between issues that play at different levels and creating connections between (strategic) policy developments and the implementation of sustainable, tangible improvements in the organization.
- Collaborating with and gaining support from all stakeholders.
- Preparing advisory reports, business cases, and value cases, and subsequently implementing them in practice.
(Junior) Project Manager
From project initiation to completion, you (partially) coordinate the process. Your ability to proactively contribute to discussions will support the project team and our clients. In your first year, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the construction process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and assisting in the development of tender documents such as program requirements.

(Junior) Real Estate Management Advisor
Recognizing that data forms the foundation for strategic real estate decisions at the property and portfolio levels, you ensure the availability of correct data and fact-based management information. You shift from reactive to proactive real estate management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing insights into the real estate portfolio of a municipality, healthcare institution, or educational organization, both geographically and financially, through reports and dashboards.
- Analyzing KPIs for our clients, compared to internal or external benchmarks.
- Linking and analyzing open data with our clients’ real estate portfolios.
- Conducting workshops to gather relevant KPIs and test dashboards and reports.
- Advising on how to optimize the real estate portfolio of a municipality, healthcare institution, or educational organization. This includes conducting feasibility studies and providing input for business cases.
(Junior) Transaction Manager
Your focus is on the acquisition, disposition, and valuation process of our clients’ social real estate portfolio. Additionally, you acquire potential new locations. You act as a market specialist when purchasing lands and buildings, as well as in project-based land allocations and the sale of social real estate. Considering the interests of all parties involved, you aim to create as much value as possible in real estate transactions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acquisition and/or sale: inventory, guidance, real estate valuation, procurement, and legal processing.
